Stephanie is a 23 year old third year law student who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer during her second year of law school at the University of California at Hastings.  Following surgery, she receives weekly chemotherapy treatments while continuing with a full course load at school.  Due to the reactions she received from faculty and students when attending classes while dealing with the side effects of the chemo, she aims to become a disability lawyer to ensure others won't have as many obstacles to fight as she did.  She advises young adults with cancer to realize that there is still life to live, ask for help and pamper yourself every once in a while.
