Tony is a graduate student at the University of California at San Diego.  His graduate research is in tumor suppression gene therapy to fight cancer and he plans to be a physician.  His diagnosis with lymphoma while in college helped him develop a strong determination that he has shared with others as a tutor and as a counselor at a camp for cancer survivors, Camp Reach for the Sky.  He encourages other cancer survivors to fight cancer head on and not let it damped your ambitions, and you will come out a stronger person because of it.
